The SportScreen – Return, Refund, Cancellation & Warranty Policy

Overview
The Game Bunker is an authorized dealer of The SportScreen. All orders for The SportScreen and The SportScreen Golf Studio are fulfilled directly by the manufacturer and follow their warranty and return procedures.

Warranty

• 2-Year Limited Manufacturer Defect Warranty from the original date of purchase.
• Covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.
• Proof of purchase and photos of the defect are required to validate a claim.
• The SportScreen will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or issue credit for defective products.
• Impact screens include a 2-year defect warranty plus a 20% loyalty discount for general wear replacements (registration required).
• Warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
• Not covered:
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper installation.
  • Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections.
  • DIY modifications, unauthorized repairs, or non-manufacturer parts.
  • Commercial, professional, or rental use.
  • Outdoor Installation (Although you the SportScreen Golf Studios function great outdoors, since it was designed to be used indoors outdoor installation voids warranty).
  • Using The (original) SportScreen (not to be confused for the golf studios)  for golf instead of its intended sports voids the warranty.
• Minor scuffs or surface marks from shipping or production are considered normal and not warrantable.
• Returns & Refunds
• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused and uninstalled items only.
• Must be pre-authorized by The Game Bunker or The SportScreen before shipping back.
• Restocking Fee: 35% of the product’s value.
• Customer is responsible for all return shipping, customs, tariffs, brokerage, and taxes.
• Non-returnable items:
  • Custom or made-to-order SportScreens or Golf Studios.
  • Used or altered products.
  • DIY Golf Studio components.
  • Gift cards or promotional items.
• Refunds processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after manufacturer approval.
• Original shipping, customs, and brokerage fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

• Orders canceled before shipping incur a 5% administration fee.
• Once production or packaging begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
• Custom or built-to-order units are final sale once production starts.
• Orders already shipped or in transit cannot be canceled.

Shipping

• All SportScreen products are drop-shipped directly from The SportScreen’s facility in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.
• FOB Origin: Ownership and risk of loss transfer when the order leaves the manufacturer’s dock.
• Free standard shipping within Canada and the contiguous United States.
• International and remote-area shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated lead times:
  • Golf Studios: 1–10 business days
  • Standard SportScreens: 1–3 business days
  • Custom Studios: 10–15 business days (after measurements confirmed)
• Customer responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate measurements and delivery information before ordering.
  • Inspect all packages upon delivery for damage or missing parts.
  • Track shipments and be available to receive freight deliveries.
  • Cover any re-delivery or refusal fees if the shipment is missed.

• The SportScreen and The Game Bunker are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or border inspections.

Damages & Liability

• Inspect products upon arrival and report any defects or damage immediately.
• The Game Bunker will assist in coordinating warranty or replacement claims with The SportScreen.
• Neither The SportScreen nor The Game Bunker shall be liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages.
  • Costs of lost time, loss of use, or missed installation appointments.
