At SEG Stores LLC (DBA “The Game Bunker”) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shipping experience. This Shipping Policy explains how shipping works for orders placed at www.thegamebunker.com (“Website”).


1) Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states).

At this time, we do not ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • International destinations


2) Shipping Costs

Free Standard Shipping is included on all orders unless otherwise stated at checkout.

If any optional delivery upgrades, special delivery services, or remote-area shipping charges apply, they will be clearly displayed at checkout before purchase.


3) Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST may begin processing the same business day.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


4) Estimated Delivery Time

Most orders are delivered within 7–10 business days after shipment. Certain specialty, limited-production, or internationally fulfilled products may have longer delivery timelines, which will be clearly disclosed on the product page.

Please note:

  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary by product type, and manufacturer fulfillment schedules.

  • Some products may ship directly from the manufacturer and may require additional handling time.

  • Certain oversized items may ship via freight and may require delivery coordination.

We will always provide tracking details once your order ships.


5) Carriers & Delivery Methods

We ship using reputable carriers such as FedEx, UPS, USPS, and other trusted logistics partners depending on the product.

Some large or high-value items may ship via freight delivery and may require:

  • a delivery appointment

  • signature confirmation

  • inspection at delivery


6) Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • your tracking number

  • the carrier name

  • a tracking link (when available)

7) Cross-Border Shipments (Canada → U.S.)

Some products may ship from manufacturer facilities located outside the United States (for example, certain items fulfilled by manufacturers based in Canada). These shipments may experience delays due to carrier routing, border processing, or customs clearance.

While we will always assist you in tracking your order and communicating with the supplier, delivery delays caused by carriers or border processing are outside of our control.


8) Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages)

8.1 Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us at:

If tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:

  • confirming the shipping address on your order

  • checking around the delivery location

  • checking with neighbors or building management

Then contact us so we can help investigate with the carrier.

8.2 Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • take clear photos of the box and product

  • keep all packaging materials

  • contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will work with you and the carrier/manufacturer to determine the best resolution, which may include a replacement or refund depending on the product and situation.


9) Missing Items

If items are missing from your delivery, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the packaging and contents received

We will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


10) Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.


11) Returns & Refunds
