Welcome to The Game Bunker. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.thegamebunker.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site.

The Site is operated by SEG Stores LLC (DBA “The Game Bunker”) (“The Game Bunker,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Return & Refund Policy and Shipping Policy (collectively, the “Policies”). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2) Eligibility to Use the Site

By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.

3) Our Store Model & Authorized Dealer Notice

The Game Bunker offers high-ticket entertainment and game room products. Certain products may ship directly from a manufacturer or supplier (“Manufacturer-Direct Fulfillment”).

We work with reputable brands and suppliers and, where applicable, sell products as an authorized dealer or authorized reseller. Some brands may maintain their own fulfillment, warranty, cancellation, and return requirements. By purchasing from our Site, you acknowledge that brand-specific policies may apply in addition to our general store policies.

4) Product Information & Accuracy

We make every effort to display accurate product information, including descriptions, specifications, pricing, and availability. However:

  • Product details may change without notice

  • Photos may be for illustration purposes and may not represent exact color/finish in every environment

  • Certain specifications may vary by model, production run, or manufacturer updates

5) Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to update pricing, promotions, and product availability at any time.

Taxes

Sales tax may be collected where required by law and will be calculated at checkout when applicable.

Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store full payment card information on our servers.

6) Order Acceptance & Cancellation

Order Acceptance

Your order is not considered accepted until:

  • payment is successfully processed, and

  • you receive an order confirmation from us

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity

  • incorrect pricing or listing errors

  • supplier inventory or availability issues

  • shipping restrictions or address verification issues

If an order is canceled after payment, you will be refunded according to our policies and/or the applicable supplier rules.

Cancellations

Orders may be eligible for cancellation if they have not shipped and have not been processed for fulfillment or entered production (including custom/made-to-order items). Some suppliers may charge cancellation fees once an order is processed or production begins. If a cancellation fee applies, we will confirm it before proceeding.

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

7) Shipping, Delivery & Risk of Loss

Shipping terms, lead times, and delivery methods vary depending on the product and supplier. Please review our Shipping Policy for details.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times shown on the Site are good-faith estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control (carrier delays, weather, supply chain conditions, etc.).

Freight Deliveries

Some products may ship via freight and may require:

  • a delivery appointment

  • signature confirmation

  • inspection upon delivery

Customers are responsible for being available to receive deliveries and inspect shipments upon arrival.

Risk of Loss

Once an order is transferred to the carrier or freight provider, risk of loss may transfer according to the manufacturer’s shipping terms and applicable supplier policies. If an item arrives damaged, please report it immediately following our Return & Refund Policy instructions.

8) Returns, Refunds & Restocking Fees

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Return eligibility may vary by product type and supplier terms. Some items may be final sale or not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Restocking fees may apply depending on the brand and product type, including certain custom or made-to-order products.

If you need help before or after purchase, our team will assist and coordinate with the manufacturer to explore the best available options.

9) Warranty & Manufacturer Support

Warranty coverage varies by brand and product. Many products include a manufacturer warranty. In certain cases, warranty service may be handled directly through the manufacturer or supplier.

We will assist customers in coordinating warranty claims when applicable, but warranty approval, repair, replacement, or remedy decisions may be controlled by the manufacturer.

10) Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate billing and shipping information

  • Ensure delivery access (including for freight shipments, if applicable)

  • Review product requirements, dimensions, and installation considerations before purchase

  • Inspect delivered products upon arrival and report any issues promptly

  • Follow manufacturer guidelines for installation, safe use, and maintenance

11) Prohibited Uses

You may not use our Site:

  • for any unlawful purpose

  • to violate laws or regulations

  • to attempt fraud or unauthorized purchases

  • to interfere with Site security or functionality

  • to copy, scrape, or misuse Site content, product listings, or branding

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the Site if misuse is detected.

12) Intellectual Property

All Site content including text, images, logos, product listings, graphics, and design elements are owned by The Game Bunker or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

13) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Game Bunker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of products, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, or delays in delivery.

Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.

14) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Game Bunker, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
